I like all types of pasta. I love Chicken Alfredo and make it for myself all the time and thought it was great. Chef Courtney made it for me and it was so good I don't want to make the stuff I was eating before; and yes it is stuff. I can't call it food or a meal when I make it anymore. If you get the chance to try her cooking, enjoy every bite!

There is nothing like a celebration with GREAT FOOD and the fellowship of family and close friends. Courtney, what you did for my pre-wedding cookout was truly amazing. I was so astonished to witness you hold down two kitchens and a grill all by yourself. And the food, from the preparation to the quality to the taste, I'm still lost for words (and that's no easy task) to this very day. The grilled salmon, baked mac 'n cheese and the greens were among the best I've ever tasted. Oh, and those cookies, they were my favorite snack the entire weekend. I really appreciate and respect your culinary expertise in cooking, grilling, and baking. I'm overjoyed that you catered the cookout, and was glad to see you join the rest of us in celebrating my nuptials. Everyone said they had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. As the best man for a wedding, I had the task of putting together the bachelor party. The bachelor had some unusual requests... the party had to be centrally located for all the potential guests, he needed a special vegetarian menu, and the crowd would be co-ed. By working outside the country, there was no way I could handle all of these requests. I decided to contact Healthy Living by Court. I decided on the location and Chef Courtney took over from there. Chef Courtney pretty much did everything; she even helped with finding the DJ! Chef Courtney flew into the location the night before and purchased the food, drinks, storage containers, all paper products and utensils. She prepared enough food and dessert for 50 people and a special vegetarian menu for the groom. She had two kitchens going and a grill! It was just amazing to watch. The food was delicious, we had plenty of leftovers, and the price was right! All of my friends raved on how great the food was.

I can not thank you enough for cooking the meals for us on Friday. I had my family over on Saturday, and believe me EVERYTHING that I pulled out for them to eat was a hugh hit!!!
