Your experience with Chef Courtney begins with a collaborative consultation by phone to determine your interests and design your custom class. To save the date for your custom cooking class, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your custom cooking class with Chef Courtney is approximately 3 hours and accommodates 8 - 12 people.

Shop (Optional):

Take advantage of the opportunity to shop with a pro. Learn how to choose the best cuts of meat and select the freshest produce. Chef Courtney will also teach you which ingredients you should invest in and where you can save money.

Cook:

Your class takes place in your kitchen – using your own utensils and appliances. This ensures what you learn is truly replicable time after time. Chef Courtney can teach creative cooking techniques in kitchens ranging from a studio apartment with limited space and appliances to a dream kitchen with all the latest culinary equipment.

One of the secrets to success – and less stress – in your kitchen is making sure everything is readily accessible where and when you need it. Chef Courtney can assist in organizing your kitchen for optimal efficiency.

Enjoy:

Cook for yourself and a loved one, or invite your friends over to experience your creation. Chef Courtney will stay and interact with your guests or leave before they arrive so you can take all the credit for your hard work!

Chef Courtney's services don't stop after the meal is on the table. You will have one month of free phone consultations after your class. Have a question about that perfect cut of meat while grocery shopping? Making a recipe and don't understand the directions of a cooking technique? Call Chef Courtney! She's standing by to ensure you are successful in the kitchen long after she leaves.

Price ranges from $75 - $150 per person based on number participating. A deposit of 30% is required to hold your cooking date. The balance is due five days before your custom cooking class.
